Job Description : Admissions Sales Representative (Remote – Freshers & Career Switchers Welcome)We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as AdmissionsSales Representatives in a fully remote role.This opportunity is perfect for freshers or professionals from nonsales backgrounds looking to build a career in sales.Please note that we are not hiring experienced sales professionals for this position—we’re looking for fresh energy and a willingness to learn.You’ll be responsible for working with warm leads, engaging with decisionmakers, and doing persistent followups to help guide prospects through our admissions process. This is not a cold calling role,but it does require strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.Compensation & Training : Training Period: 45 days (online) Stipend during training: ₹10,000 INR Post-Training: Upon successful completion Full-time Salary: ₹40,000 INR per month Work from the comfort of your home—this is a 100% remote opportunityResponsibilities : Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources. Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with decisionmakers to understand their needs. Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions. Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience.Who Can Apply : Fresh graduates or students in their final year Professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking for a career switch Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills Basic tech comfort—experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus, but not required⚠️ Please note: This role is not open to experienced sales professionals.
