Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategically focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead revenue growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in B2B sales, market expansion, lead generation, and deal closure strategies. This role requires a proactive professional capable of driving sustainable business growth and contributing to overall organizational success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and execute strategic business growth plans.

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, digital channels, and industry events.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessment.

  • Lead client meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations.

  • Develop customized solutions aligned with client requirements.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for proposal development and solution design.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and CRM updates.

  • Represent the company in business meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in B2B sales, business development, and revenue strategy.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Experience in IT services / digital solutions / real estate / relevant industry (customize as per your business).

  • Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

  • CRM knowledge and pipeline management expertise.

  • Leadership and team coordination skills.

  • High level of professionalism, confidence, and target-oriented mindset.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
