Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through various channels (calls, site visits, references)
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property site visits with clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
Negotiate deals and close sales
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Stay updated on market trends and property developments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
1–3 years of experience in real estate / sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Knowledge of Gurgaon/NCR real estate market is a plus
Own vehicle is preferred
