Job Description

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and execute effective sales strategies for real estate projects
Handle walk-in clients, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients
Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide training/coaching
Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation and campaign execution
Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and CRM data
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
