We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Executive who is passionate about the automotive service industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales of high-demand garage equipment to:
· Garages
· Tyre shops
· Automobile showrooms
· Service centers
This role involves field sales with regular in-person and online interaction with customers, supported by a strong operations and technical team.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Lead Generation & Data Sourcing
· Identify prospective customers using IndiaMART, LinkedIn, Google, and offline networks.
· Collect accurate contact details of decision-makers in the automotive service industry.
· Update and manage customer database using internal templates and CRM tools.
2️⃣ Sales Meetings & Client Interaction
· Cold calling and field visits across Karnataka & Maharashtra.
· Conduct structured meetings to understand customer needs.
· Present the right equipment solution and highlight product strengths.
3️⃣ Sales Proposals & Deal Closure
· Prepare and share quotations with commercial details and specifications.
· Coordinate with operations team from enquiry to billing and dispatch.
· Close profitable deals ensuring strong value offering to customers.
4️⃣ Client Coordination & Relationship Management
· Maintain all communication professionally via email, call, or WhatsApp.
· Ensure smooth product delivery, installation, and commissioning.
· Maintain long-term business relationships for repeat sales.
Technical Skills Required
Candidate must have practical knowledge and ability to handle:
· Installation, service, and maintenance of:
o Tyre Changer Machines
o Wheel Balancers
o 2 Post Lifts
o Air Compressors
o Car Wash Ramps
o Automobile Paint Booth Systems
· Troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
· Providing product demos and operator training at customer locations
· Workshop layout understanding (space & load planning)
Language Requirements
· Hindi – Compulsory
· Kannada – Compulsory
· English – Compulsory
· Tamil – Preferred
Personality Traits
· High energy, confidence, and strong persuasion skills
· Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
· Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
· Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly sales targets
Sales Target & Incentive Potential
· Monthly Target: 20–30 units
· Products: Tyre Changers, Wheel Balancers, Lifts, Nitrogen Machines, etc.
· Incentives provided per machine (B2B & B2C slabs apply)
Top performers earn Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 70,000+ per month Inclusive of FIxed Salary.
