Role Objective
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive who excels at turning cold leads into confirmed site visits. Your primary mission is outbound prospecting and meeting fixing to drive our project sales.
Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Calling: Perform 80–100+ outbound calls daily to prospective leads and databases.
Appointment Setting: Convert inquiries into firm site visits and face-to-face meetings.
Lead Management: Qualify leads, handle objections, and maintain a "Hot" lead pipeline in the CRM.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and confirm site visits, ensuring a high "show-up" rate through persistent follow-ups.
Market Pitching: Effectively communicate project USPs, pricing, and "FOMO" opportunities to potential investors.
### Requirements
Proven track record in cold calling and appointment fixing (Real Estate experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a bonus).
Ability to handle high-pressure targets and persistent follow-up cycles.
Must be comfortable working on weekends (Comp-off provided on weekdays).
