We are Institute of Excellence is a coaching institute based in Bangalore, focused on providing high-quality preparation for NEET, JEE, and other competitive examinations. We are committed to helping students achieve strong academic results through structured teaching, personal guidance, and focused preparation.

We are currently looking to hire a Senior Academic Counsellor to manage our admissions and counselling process.

Job Title: Senior Academic Counsellor

Location: Bangalore

Industry: Education / Coaching Institute

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student and parent enquiries regarding courses

• Provide counselling and convert leads into admissions

• Maintain and manage leads through CRM

• Regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents

• Support the overall admissions process and achieve monthly targets

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Education / EdTech sales

• Experience as an Academic Counsellor / Admission Counsellor

• Experience handling CRM and lead management

• Strong communication and counselling skills
