What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for our flagship 6-month cohort-based learning programs
Consult, counsel, and guide learners towards the right career path
Take complete ownership of your pipeline, conversions, and revenue outcomes
Work closely with marketing & product teams to drive stronger, smarter conversions
Influence real career transformations — one conversation at a time
Who You Are
1–5 years of EdTech sales experience (B2C preferred)
A proven, consistent sales performer who meets or exceeds targets
Confident with high-ticket sales & consultative selling
A self-driven professional who takes ownership — not instructions
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Compensation & Location
Bangalore | On-site role
4–6 LPA (commensurate with experience & performance)
