Job Title:
Direct Sales Force Manager (Life Insurance)
(FLS / TSM / ASM / AH Levels)
Job Objective:
To promote and sell Life Insurance products through direct sales, targeting retail customers. The role requires dynamic sales professionals with a proven record in direct life insurance sales only.
Note:
❌ Candidates from Agency, Broking, or Bancassurance backgrounds will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate business by directly meeting prospective customers for life insurance products.
Conduct field visits, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable plans.
Ensure proper lead management, follow-ups, and conversions.
Maintain strong client relationships to enhance persistency and customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed assigned sales and productivity targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines.
For supervisor roles (TSM / ASM / AH):
Manage a team of FLS executives.
Drive sales performance and ensure team targets are met.
Coach, train, and motivate field teams to achieve results.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
1–8 years in Direct Sales – Life Insurance (mandatory).
Proven track record of achieving individual and/or team targets.
Candidates from agency, broking, or bancassurance channels are not eligible.
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Highly self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ethical and customer-focused.
Comfortable with fieldwork and direct customer interaction.
Technical Proficiency:
Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and digital lead management tools.
Compensation:
For FLS roles: Up to ₹6.5 LPA (negotiable for high-performing candidates).
Supervisor roles (TSM / ASM / AH): Compensation as per experience and capability.
Incentives: Attractive variable pay and performance-linked incentives.
