Sales Engineer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Engineer with experience in the construction and manufacturing industry. The candidate should be capable of generating leads, understanding technical requirements, and effectively converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations

• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, production, and operations)

• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

• Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events

• Track market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills:

• Strong lead generation and prospecting skills

• Excellent communication and convincing (negotiation) skills

• Basic technical understanding of construction/manufacturing products

• Ability to handle client queries and provide solutions

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil preferred) or related field

Preferred:

• Experience in B2B sales

• Knowledge of CRM tools

• Experience in handling project-based sales
