Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive who will be responsible for connecting with working professionals and guiding them towards suitable Master’s programs.
The role involves counselling, relationship building, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities-:
Reach out to working professionals through calls, leads, and follow-ups
Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable Master’s program Counsel prospects on career growth and educational opportunities
Handle objections and provide the right solutions
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure conversions
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
Candidate Requirements-:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good convincing and negotiation abilities
Target-driven and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to take ownership and challenges
Prior experience in Sales / EdTech / Academic Counselling is preferred
