Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through calling, networking, and online platforms.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide project details with clarity.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Understand customer needs to offer suitable real estate solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in Marketing preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in sales; real estate experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and conducting site visits.
• Good understanding of the real estate market and local areas.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
