Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.

• Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the sportswear segment.

• Leverage existing relationships with cricket associations, gymkhanas, sports clubs, and academies to generate leads and close deals.

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the sports and fitness ecosystem.

• Manage end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closing.

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to deliver customized sportswear solutions tailored to client needs.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

• Represent the brand at sports events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance visibility and brand recall.

• Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 3 - 6+ years of experience in sports wear (prefer in cricket). Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
