Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, source, and hire top talent aligned with the company’s business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and draft job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate experience and maintain regular communication
Negotiate salary and handle offer rollouts
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closures of positions as per defined timelines
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws (preferred)
Strong organizational and coordination skills
