Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a telemarketer. The telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, scheduling appointments, providing customer service, and supporting sales efforts. The role is located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, but some work from home is acceptable. The Telemarketer will engage with clients professionally and maintain records of customer interactions and sales leads.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and adept at Communication

• Experience in Appointment Scheduling

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Sales acumen and ability to close deals

• Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage
