We are assisting in hiring for a Inside Sales Executive for a leading Edtech Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

  • Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.

  • Verify data accuracy, correct errors and identify irregularities promptly.

  • Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.

  • Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.

Job Requirements:

Job Title: Education Sales Counselor / Inside Sales (Domestic Market)

Work Details

• Location: On-site, Santacruz, Mumbai

• Working Days: 6-day work week (one weekly off on a rolling basis)

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a Domestic Inside Sales Executive to engage with high-intent leads across India, guide parents through the purchase journey, and drive revenue through conversions, upselling, and cross-selling.

You will be part of a dynamic and high-performance team focused on delivering strong sales outcomes and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Conversion

• Connect with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email

• Understand customer needs and convert prospects into paying customers

Upsell & Cross-Sell

• Recommend relevant programs, bundles, or products

• Drive additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling

Product Understanding

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the product/service offerings

• Deliver confident and consultative sales pitches

Pipeline Management

• Maintain accurate CRM records

• Track follow-ups, deal stages, and daily activity metrics

Customer Experience

• Provide empathetic and solution-oriented support

• Resolve queries and coordinate with internal teams

Market Feedback

• Share customer insights with internal teams to improve offerings and campaigns

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• 80–100 connected calls per day (including follow-ups)

• 15–20% conversion rate on qualified leads

• Achievement of monthly sales targets

• 100% CRM updates with no lead leakage

• Contribution to upsell/cross-sell revenue

• Positive customer feedback

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Hindi with strong communication skills

• Graduate (any field)

• 1–3 years of experience in B2C inside sales, telesales, or customer success

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Comfortable with a 6-day work week

• Familiar with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and virtual platforms

• Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills

Experience in EdTech or digital products is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to outbound calling or dialer systems

• Understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques

• Familiarity with education or parenting-related products

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹65,000 per month (based on experience)
