Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Maintain customer records and follow up for service feedback
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command over English and Hindi. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM )
