Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Insurance Advisors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients select suitable insurance plans, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for insurance products (Life, Health, and General Insurance).

• Provide financial consultation to clients based on their needs.

• Educate clients on policy details, premium payments, benefits, and claims process.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue.

• Maintain strong client servicing and relationship management.

• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

• Knowledge of insurance products and financial planning will be an added advantage.
