About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, critical thinker, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll play a key role in managing the CEO’s time, communication, and strategic priorities, ensuring seamless execution across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support

• Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and discretion.

• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, presentations, and follow-up action items.

• Anticipate needs and proactively manage daily priorities.

2. Communication & Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

• Ensure smooth information flow across teams and departments.

• Draft and proofread professional communication, reports, and documents.

3. Project & Strategic Support

• Assist with ongoing strategic initiatives and business operations.

• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare executive summaries or briefing documents.

• Track deliverables and deadlines for key projects and follow up with team members.

4. Administrative Oversight

• Manage confidential information with the highest level of integrity.

• Support event planning, board meetings, and executive offsites.

• Maintain filing systems, databases, and office documentation.
