Reporting To: Commercial Manager
Team Size: 5 International Sales Executives
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead & manage a team of 5 International Sales Executives
✔ Drive export sales growth & achieve monthly/quarterly targets
✔ Develop country-wise export strategies & expand distributor networks
✔ Oversee pricing strategy & maintain healthy margins
✔ Handle key global accounts & strategic distributors
✔ Monitor ERP usage, order processing & export documentation
✔ Analyze market intelligence & competitor trends
✔ Ensure smooth coordination between sales, warehouse & logistics
✅ Required Qualifications:
• 6–10 years of experience in international sales (automobile spare parts)
• Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience
• Strong knowledge of OEM references & automotive components
• Advanced Excel & strong analytical skills
• Good understanding of FOB, CIF, EXW trade terms
• Experience handling multi-country export markets
