Role Overview
1) Sales Ownership - Drive end-to-end sales cycles across India and global markets, from lead generation to deal closure.
2) Strategy - Design and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve aggressive growth targets.
3) Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and convert high-potential opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
4) Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and evolving client needs.
5) Collaboration: Partner with delivery and leadership teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
6) Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, sales metrics, and performance dashboards.
What are we looking for?
1) 1-3+ years of experience in sales for services companies (consulting, outsourcing, KPO, or similar)
2) Proven success in closing deals with both domestic and international clients
3) Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and manage sales teams
4) An aggressive and target-driven mindset, backed by strategy and execution capability
5) Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
6) Adept at MS PowerPoint & business writing
7) Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
8) Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and lean environment
9) Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
