Position: Assistant Manager

Department: Banking Operations / Branch Management

Location: All over West Bengal

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Branch Manager in daily operations, customer service, and team management.
Supervise staff performance and ensure compliance with bank policies and RBI regulations.
Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor cash flow, account opening, loan processing, and other banking services.
Support in achieving branch targets for deposits, advances, and cross-selling financial products.
Ensure proper risk management, security, and audit readiness of the branch.
Prepare reports and MIS for management review.
