Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Mobilizer (Nepali Speaking)

Location: Siliguri

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and field-oriented Mobilizer who is fluent in Nepali and has good knowledge of the local area. The candidate will be responsible for mobilizing candidates, spreading awareness about our programs, and ensuring strong community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobilize and enroll candidates for training and placement programs

Conduct field visits in assigned areas to generate leads

Build relationships with local communities, institutions, and influencers

Explain program benefits clearly to potential candidates

Maintain daily reports of field activities and lead generation

Coordinate with internal teams for candidate onboarding

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Nepali language

Should have a valid 2-wheeler with driving license

Good knowledge of local areas and communities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in mobilization, field sales, or outreach is a plus

Ability to work independently and meet targets
