Accounts & Operations Associate

Location – Koramangala, Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience – 1+ years

Salary – ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 pm (Negotiable as per Experience)

Notice Period – Preferably Immediate

Working Shifts – Day shift and 6 days (Rotational Sundays)

Job Type – Full-time, Permanent

Mandatory Requirements – Accounting, Book-keeping, GST & TDS preferably, MS Office Excel, Organizational and Communication skills.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Accounts and Operations Department. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing both the financial and operational aspects of our retail store and online store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, and financial analysis and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities :-

Financial Management:

• Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts received.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.

• Prepare and analyze estimates, and financial reports and provide insights for business decision-making.

Operational Efficiency:

• Oversee and optimize store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

• Manage inventory levels. conduct regular stock assessments and coordinate restocking efforts.

• Collaborate with the management team to implement and improve operational processes.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.

• Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide variances analysis.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.

• Assist in preparing documents for external audits and liaised with auditors as needed.

• Practical experience of working on GST and TDS is a plus.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

• Work closely with the sales team in managing store stock of products, making estimates and following up on payments.

• Work closely with delivery and logistic partners.
  

Requirements :-

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Must have experience in accounting and financial analysis.

• Familiarity with retail store operations is a plus.

• Proficiency in accounting software and applications.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
