About the Role

The role involves handling client communication, tracking requests, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams.

What You Will Do
● Respond to customer queries via phone and email
● Record and update service requests in internal systems
● Follow up with relevant departments for status updates
● Ensure timely communication with customers
● Maintain accurate documentation of interactions
● Adhere to defined service processes and response timelines
● Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members

Who Can Apply
● Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (mandatory)
● Fresh graduates only (no prior work experience required)
● Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
● Basic computer proficiency (Email, MS Office, data entry)
● Comfortable working from the Koramangala office
● Good coordination skills and willingness to learn
