Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer enquiries and convert leads into clients
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain sales pipelines
Guide clients through the service offerings and onboarding process
Maintain accurate lead and client records in internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Prepare and share sales updates and reports
Support marketing initiatives and campaigns when required
Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in lead management and sales follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication)
Ability to work from the Koramangala office
Salary & Benefits
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (CTC)
