The Franchise Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead the strategic expansion of VARIAHBA’s NEET Boarding Institute franchise network across India.
This role goes beyond sales—it requires vision alignment, partner evaluation, and long-term relationship building to ensure each franchise upholds VARIAHBA’s academic, residential, ethical, and technological standards.
The BDM acts as a custodian of the VARIAHBA model, ensuring growth without dilution.
Identify high-potential regions for NEET boarding institutes
Generate and qualify franchise leads through strategic outreach, referrals, and partnerships
Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking
Present VARIAHBA’s differentiated model to potential franchise partners
Evaluate partners for financial strength, value alignment, infrastructure readiness, and educational mindset
Conduct detailed franchise presentations, discovery meetings, and campus walkthroughs
Coordinate legal, financial, and operational onboarding processes
Ensure partners fully understand VARIAHBA’s Monastery–Gurukul–Boarding School philosophy
Act as the primary liaison between VARIAHBA HQ and franchise partners
Maintain long-term trust-based relationships
Prevent misalignment, dilution, or unethical practices
Ensure consistent implementation of academic, residential, and discipline frameworks
Work closely with Academic, Operations, Technology, and Marketing teams
Support franchise partners in launch planning, admissions strategy, and initial scale-up
Facilitate training programs related to AI systems, Blockchain dashboards, and academic governance
Maintain accurate CRM and franchise pipeline data
Track conversion metrics and expansion timelines
Provide ground-level insights to leadership for continuous model refinement
Number of qualified franchise leads generated per WEEK
Number of franchise agreements signed (monthly & quarterly )
Franchise onboarding cycle time (lead → launch)
Franchise fee and expansion revenue targets achieved
Percentage of franchises meeting VARIAHBA infrastructure and value standards

4–10+ years of experience in EdTech, Education Franchising, or Institutional Sales
Strong understanding of K-12 / NEET / Residential education ecosystems
Proven track record in franchise or high-value B2B sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Experience with boarding schools, coaching chains, or education networks
Exposure to AI-driven platforms or EdTech systems
Philosophical alignment with holistic, discipline-based education models
Ability to sell vision + system, not discounts
Not a quick-sale or volume-driven role
Not suitable for purely transactional sales professionals
Not about aggressive closures at the cost of quality
