- Establish initial contact with assigned clients and understand their product/service offerings and eligibility for government tenders and manage the entire support process independently
- Coordinate with the internal team to identify relevant tenders as per client category and scope to ensure accurate documentation & compliance with tender terms and conditions
- Provide online technical and operational tender bidding support and troubleshooting to clients on GeM and other eProcurement portals through remote connection, phone, and email support.
- Build and maintain trust-based client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals
- Assist clients with bid submission, documentation, and portal navigation.
- Ensure error-free and timely submission of bids through remote connection, phone, and email support
- Collect regular feedback to improve client experience and identify new service opportunities
- Handle multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining proper records, documentation, and communication
logs.
- Familiarity with various tender bidding portals
- Report daily progress, pending work, and client updates to the team lead
- Excellent verbal communication in English/Hindi/Gujarati language
