Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator responsible for handling sales order processing, invoice preparation, PO management, E-Way Bill generation, and coordination of material dispatch. The role involves close coordination with sales, accounts and Vendors to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare GST invoices, Proforma invoices, and Sales Orders
Generate E-Way Bills and manage dispatch documentation
Coordinate material dispatch with Couriers and transporters
Maintain sales, invoice, and dispatch records
Handle customer and internal coordination for order fulfillment
Requirements:
Graduate (Commerce preferred)
5–7 years experience in Sales Coordination / Billing / Dispatch
Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and E-Way Bill process
Working knowledge of MS Excel & ERP
