Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain financial products such as business loans, mortgage loans, and other loan services.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable product information.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales/loan team.
Follow up with clients regarding documents, application status, and queries.
Maintain updated records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Coordinate with the backend/loan processing team to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer service representative (preferably in finance).
Strong communication skills (clear, polite, and confident).
Basic understanding of loan products and financial processes.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in follow-ups and documentation coordination.
