Job Description

Seeking an experienced, dedicated Female Sales Trainer specializing in high-volume telesales based in Noida.
Mandatory 1-3 years of direct trainer experience with high-volume Call Centre/Telesales teams is required.
Responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive onboarding and continuous skill development training programs.
Drive performance by training core selling competencies: persuasive Pitch Delivery, Objection Handling, and ethical Closing.
Conduct detailed analysis of live and recorded calls to identify specific skill gaps and areas for immediate improvement.
Deliver immediate, one-on-one training and constructive feedback to drive measurable behavioral changes in performance.
Must possess exceptional verbal fluency and strong command in both English and Hindi for effective communication.
Foster a high-energy, results-driven learning environment focused on achieving ambitious monthly sales and conversion targets.
Track, measure, and report on training effectiveness using key metrics like conversion rates and speed-to-proficiency.
Uphold the organization's mission by integrating ethical sales practices and compliance into all training content.
