Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Telecaller to join our NGO team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential donors, supporters, and volunteers to promote our mission, raise funds, and build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential donors and existing supporters
Explain the NGO’s mission, ongoing projects, and impact clearly
Request donations, sponsorships, or volunteer participation
Maintain a database of calls, responses, and donor information
Follow up with interested individuals via calls, messages, or emails
Handle queries and provide accurate information about the organization
Achieve daily/weekly calling and fundraising targets
Build and maintain positive relationships with donors
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Good communication skills
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or fundraising is preferred
Basic computer knowledge
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
