Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Client Relationship Manager who will act as the primary point of contact (POC) for our restaurant and 3rd party aggregator (Zomato, Swiggy and etc.) The role involves managing client, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of consulting initiatives for our dining restaurant partners.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned restaurant clients.
Maintain regular communication with restaurant owners and management teams.
Coordinate between client’s, internal teams and 3rdparty aggregator to ensure timely delivery of consulting services.
Track client requirements, feedback, and operational updates.
Support implementation of business strategies, menu engineering, and operational improvements.
Monitor client performance metrics and share regular updates with management.
Ensure strong client relationships and high satisfaction levels.
Address client concerns and coordinate quick resolutions.
Required Skills

Ability to manage multiple clients and follow up proactively.
Basic knowledge or interest in the restaurant / hospitality industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic reporting tools preferred.
