Technical Sales Executive

• Pre-Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor technical solutions.

  • Provide technical expertise to potential clients by responding to RFPs, RFIs, and technical queries.

  • Help develop and present customized technical solutions based on client needs.

• Product Demonstrations:

  • Conduct live product demonstrations and webinars for potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.

  • Address customer queries during product demos, providing clear and accurate explanations.

  • Provide guidance on best practices and product implementation during demos.

• Technical Presentations:

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to showcase the product's capabilities.

  • Develop demo environments, test configurations, and scripts to ensure product demonstrations are engaging and relevant to customer needs.

• Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and objectives.

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and customers to ensure smooth implementation during the post-sales phase.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare technical documentation, including solution overviews, configuration guides, and demo scripts.

  • Maintain accurate records of demo sessions, customer interactions, and feedback for continual improvement.

• Training & Knowledge Sharing:

  • Stay up to date with product updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously enhance product knowledge.

  • Support the training of sales teams on product features and technical aspects.
