Job Type:

Full-Time | Field & Team Management Role

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and lead a team of Senior FDOs and FDOs to achieve monthly business targets.
Drive business growth through effective insurance product sales and team motivation.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with channel partners and clients.
Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure target achievement.
Coordinate with the Head Office for reporting and strategy implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of sales experience (Insurance / BFSI preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle field operations and motivate a large sales team.
Graduation or above (MBA preferred).

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: ₹50,000 per month
