We are looking for a persuasive and motivated Telecaller(female) to promote and sell our range of Ayurvedic medicines. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls to potential customers, explain product benefits, and convert leads into sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to promote Ayurvedic health products.
Understand customer health concerns and suggest suitable Ayurvedic remedies from our product range.
Clearly explain product features, ingredients, benefits, and dosage.
Follow up with interested customers and close sales effectively.
Maintain records of calls, leads, conversions, and feedback in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle basic customer queries, address doubts, and escalate complex issues when needed.
Minimum 8th pass or graduate in any stream.
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or regional languages (English is a plus).
Basic understanding of Ayurvedic or natural wellness products is preferred.
Experience in telesales or customer support is an advantage.
Positive attitude, convincing power, and confidence in handling calls.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
Prior experience in Ayurvedic or wellness product sales.
Knowledge of basic health concerns and common Ayurvedic treatments.
Fixed Salary: ₹10000 + Incentives/Commissions based on sales.
