Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
platforms.
• Conduct client meetings (online/offline) to understand business needs and suggest
suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Present and explain CSI Grow Business services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing,
Website Design, Google Ads, and Branding.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully.
• Handle the complete sales cycle – from prospecting to payment follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, and technical) to ensure smooth
client onboarding and project delivery.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in Digital
Marketing or IT Services).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts – SEO, PPC, Social Media, Google
Ads, Website, Branding, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and close deals independently.
• Target-driven, confident, and proactive in client handling.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
