Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving internal sales, handling client outreach via calls and emails, and contributing to the overall growth of the company’s business activities. This role involves building relationships with potential clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and strategic follow-ups.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Internal Sales & Lead Management
• Conduct proactive internal sales activities including outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients.
• Generate and qualify sales leads, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients.
• Log and update all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system accurately.
• Client Calls & Communication
• Engage with potential clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings to introduce products/services and understand their requirements.
• Schedule and conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture client relationships and support sales conversions.
• Manage client concerns and provide timely responses, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Relationship Building
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients to support business retention and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions that address client challenges effectively.
• Sales Target Achievement
• Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics as set by the management.
• Provide regular reports on sales calls, leads generated, and progress toward targets.
• Market & Product Knowledge
• Keep up-to-date with our products/services and current market trends to communicate value propositions effectively.
• Provide feedback from client interactions to help refine sales strategies and align offerings with customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience:
• Prior experience (e.g., 2–3 years) in internal sales, customer calling, or business development roles.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel), and sales tracking systems.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple client follow-ups.
