Job Description:

Srex Power India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Engineer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good technical understanding of EPC of Electrical Substation projects or Power System, and the ability to generate business. opportunities in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
Lead generation for domestic and international projects.
Prepare and deliver impactful marketing and sales presentations.
Provide technical solution and do the technical closure of the project.
Establish initial contact with prospects via phone, email, or meetings to promote company services.
Independently manage the complete sales and marketing and client engagement cycle.
Track business opportunities and manage sales pipelines.
Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, client visits, and vendor registrations.
Work closely with the technical and proposals team to ensure accurate client solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and EPC clients.
Manage client accounts, follow-ups, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Basic technical understanding of EPC services, substations, and industrial solutions.
Experience with vendor registrations and government/private sector liaison is a plus.
