We are looking for a Field Sales Executive – Financial Products to join our team at RichAura Fintech Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities through direct market visits. Identify prospects and develop field-based sales strategies to drive business growth in the financial services sector. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month + Attractive Incentives, along with strong prospects of career growth and leadership opportunities.
Close sales through various methods like cold calling, market visits, presentations, and door-to-door meetings.
Build strong customer relationships in local markets and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking with local businesses, shopkeepers, CAs, and property dealers.
Research and develop creative field sales strategies to increase conversion ratios.
Report daily field activity, performance metrics, and market feedback to management.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively while ensuring smooth documentation and follow-up.
Promote and explain products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loan, and Credit Cards.
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate (Any Stream) with 6 Months – 2 Years experience in any Field Sales role. Experience in Loan Sales / Banking / NBFC / Financial Services will be preferred.
Familiarity with different sales techniques and market development strategies is important. Applicants should have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Confidence in field work and client interaction is essential.
Proficiency in basic computer use (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp) and the ability to utilize technology effectively are required. Candidates must be comfortable with regular market visits (own bike preferred).
