Role Overview
Shriv Commedia Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business
Development Executive to strengthen our B2B IT services sales function. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for end-to-end lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. Strong
hands-on experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive B2B lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital channels.
• Plan and execute outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email marketing.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.
• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline and CRM with accurate reporting.
• Conduct market research to track global IT trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
Required Skills & Experience
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in the B2B IT Services industry.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with LinkedIn for lead generation and prospecting.
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle (lead generation to closure).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take ownership and collaborate with internal teams.
