Role:
We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive franchise onboarding through inside sales. The role includes engaging potential partners, understanding their business goals, and successfully onboarding them into our franchise network.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with qualified leads and convert them into channel partners.

• Manage the complete onboarding process — from first call to agreement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners.

• Meet monthly franchise sales and onboarding targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in franchise/B2B/inside sales preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Must be available for full-time office role (Andheri East, Mumbai).

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy applicable.
