Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Diamond Jewellery Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and expand market presence for our diamond jewellery products. The role involves handling B2B and/or retail sales, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify and develop new clients such as jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Promote the company’s diamond jewellery collections to domestic and international buyers.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewellery products.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Market Expansion
Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Participate in jewellery exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the diamond jewellery industry.
4. Team Management
Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
Train sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
5. Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Track KPIs such as:
Sales revenue
Customer acquisition
Conversion rates
Market growth

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Certification or training in gemology, Diamond Grading or jewellery management is an advantage
