We are seeking a high-performing and motivated Team Leader – Sales with proven experience in a sales leadership role. The ideal candidate is energetic, sharp, and an effective communicator who inspires teams, sets strong examples, and consistently delivers on revenue goals.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise, guide, and energize a team of sales executives to meet and exceed individual and collective targets
Design and execute sales plans that support sustained business growth
Track daily sales operations, productivity, conversions, and key performance indicators
Lead regular team discussions, one-on-one coaching, and structured performance evaluations
Upskill team members through training on products, selling methodologies, and customer interaction best practices
Manage and resolve escalated client issues to ensure a superior customer experience
Work closely with senior management to ensure sales initiatives align with overall business goals
Compile, analyze, and share sales MIS, forecasts, and performance updates with leadership
Build a motivated, accountable, and high-performance sales environment

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
Minimum 4 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Prior exposure to B2B sales will be considered an advantage
Work Location: Thane
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (2 Saturdays are half days)
