Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager / Team Leader to lead our sales team at Square Realty Associates LLP. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and at least 1 year of experience managing or leading a team. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and strategic sales skills to drive business growth and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. ● Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing guidance and feedback to team members.
● Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
● Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
● Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of sales campaigns.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and ethical standards. ● Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and team achievements for senior management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
● 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 year in a managerial or team leader role.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
● Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
