Job Summary
The IT Services Sales professional is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and selling IT services such as software development, cloud services, managed IT services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital solutions. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets through lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT services
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and referrals
Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT solutions
Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and quotations
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers
Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams for solution design
Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts in CRM tools
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Proven experience in IT services sales or B2B technology sales
Strong understanding of IT services (software, cloud, infrastructure, managed services, etc.)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients
Strong customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
Experience with CRM tools and MS Office
Exp 2 yr in it service product
