Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in B2B power or renewable energy projects. The role involves business development, techno-commercial sales, and tender preparation for industrial and renewable EPC projects, including solar, substations, switchyards, and industrial power infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Management
Identify and develop B2B opportunities in renewable energy and industrial power sectors.
Build relationships with clients across cement, steel, sugar, and manufacturing industries.
Promote EPC solutions including solar (rooftop/ground-mounted), substations, switchyards, and industrial power supply systems.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Tender Preparation & Bid Management
Prepare and submit techno-commercial tenders for power, renewable, and EPC projects.
Review tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams for accurate proposals.
Ensure compliance and timely submission of bids.
Project Coordination
Support contract negotiations and client coordination during project execution.
Maintain strong communication between client and internal technical teams.
Required Experience (Any One or More)
Candidates should have exposure in one or more of the following:
Megawatt-scale solar projects (rooftop or ground-mounted).
Renewable energy EPC or industrial power projects.
Cement, steel, sugar, or manufacturing industry power projects.
Switchyards, substations, industrial electrical supply, or plant electrification.
Industrial wiring, power distribution, or related electrical infrastructure.
Tender preparation and techno-commercial bid submission for EPC/power projects.
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred.
Key Skills
Tender preparation and techno-commercial proposal expertise.
Strong understanding of power and renewable energy systems/ should be able to understand and read project system drawings.
B2B sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
Communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Work Location & Travel
Reporting office at Photourja, 407 and 420, 4th floor, T3, Golden I Techzone 4, Greater Noida West.
Candidate must be open to regular client visits, site visits, and travel based on project requirements.
