🎯 Role Objective
To lead and drive a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for real estate projects, ensuring high performance, lead conversion, and revenue growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives
Achieve individual & team sales targets
Monitor daily calling, site visits, and follow-ups
Guide team on lead handling and closing techniques
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
Ensure proper CRM updates and reporting
Support team during client meetings and site visits
Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure closures
👤 Desired Candidate Profile
3–8 years of experience in real estate sales
At least 1–2 years experience handling a sales team
Strong leadership and closing skills
Target-oriented with good negotiation ability
Knowledge of local real estate market
Good communication and presentation skills
