Job Title: Showroom Manager (Female Candidates Preferred)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Showroom Manager to lead and manage our showroom operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining showroom standards, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

2. Welcome and attend to walk-in customers with a friendly and professional approach.

3. Actively invite and engage potential customers to visit the showroom.

4. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service solutions.

5. Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers in a timely manner.

6. Follow up with customers regularly to convert inquiries into successful sales.

7. Drive deal closures and contribute directly to the revenue of the showroom.

8. Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including staff coordination and inventory oversight.

9. Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.

10. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.

11. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

12. Train and mentor junior showroom staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Female candidates preferred.

• Presentable and professional appearance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools preferred).

• Prior experience in retail/showroom management is an advantage.
