Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, site visits, and networking

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations

• Negotiate prices, terms, and closing deals with clients

• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers

• Prepare and manage sales documentation and agreements

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and competitors

• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions
